Express shipping normally take 1-2 working days for orders placed before 2.30pm.

Standard shipping normally takes 2-5 working days.

International shipping times depend on the products and destination please contact us for more information.

All delivery times are estimates and are stock dependent. Some items including larger systems are order in items so add 2 working days to the expected delivery time.

any order under £100 and under 25kg incurs a flat rate deliver fee of £6.95.

Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery provided they do not exceed 30kg.

Additional charges may be incurred for heavy/bulky items such grow media, larger filter, tents and items that require pallet delivery.

All grow media is charged at an additional £5 per bag.

No money is made on shipping.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Please be mindful when opening your products not to tare the packing apart if it is to be accepted as a return we must be able to resell it.

Items return due to wrong size or and error on the customers part will be subject to the customer arranging return delivery.

Return shipping will only be arranged by for items that arrive damaged or faulty. Any parcels that arrive faulty please report immediately and take as many pictures as you can.

Grow tents that have been removed from the box are non refundable.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Our initial shipping fee will be deducted from any refund/return that is successful.

Once a refund has been processed you will receive a email notification via email. This lets you know the refund has been processed our end any delays there after will be down to your bank. For any further information we advise contacting them directly.
