Our delivery service is provided by Parcelforce Worldwide smaller items may be sent via Everi.
Standard UK mainland orders over £99.00 are eligible for a free standard service delivery (Mon – Fri). Free delivery includes orders up to and not exceeding 30 kg or 110cm in length.
Bulky Items including all grow media, garland trays, bamboos, reflective sheeting and grow tents incur a small surcharge.
Where possible, orders received by 2:30pm Mon – Fri are dispatched the same day.
UK mainland orders after 2:30pm Mon - Fri are subject to next working day dispatch. For example, orders after 2:30pm on a Friday are dispatched on the next working day, usually a Monday.
UK Mainland Pallet deliveries, are charged at £60.00 per pallet, usually delivered in 2-3 working days.

Medusa Baseline Tray
The Baseline trays are connected together using flexible pipe and popular hydro fittings and the plants are placed on top of the tray in the container that they will be kept in for the remainder of the growth cycle. The run off can either be directed to waste by gravity or one of our Run Off Removal Brains can be used to pump the excess away, either to waste or to a catchment tank to be re-used.
The Baseline trays and systems have been designed for strength, durability and flexibility to suit as many growing styles as possible.
We have three sizes of tray with each size having a booster option which helps compensate for uneven floors and can increase the flow rate of the run off where needed.
The trays have a 25mm hole for connecting the fittings and 3x 75mm holes for running the pipe away, the three holes allow for various configurations with the option of running the pipe underneath the trays.
All trays are 30mm deep which helps prevent overflowing, even during heavy flushing!
If you are hand watering and just want to remove excess water/nutrients by gravity (on level ground) – you will not need the brain or water butt – just fittings and pipework. Unlimited trays can be added.
On uneven ground the brain will be required to pump away excess to a drain or tank (for reusing).
