It compromises of a punctured foil inner duct, wrapped in soundproof, non-allergic insulation (not fiberglass) wrapped in a strong outer lining. It holds its shape, even when placed vertically, with any speed and force of airflow, thanks to its durable design and strong core. Airflow remains unobstructed due to the aluminium shell that helps minise dents and kinks.
