Delivery and Shipping

All items are packaged discreetly. 

Our delivery service is provided by Parcelforce Worldwide smaller items may be sent via Everi.

Standard UK mainland orders over £99.00 are eligible for a free standard service delivery (Mon – Fri). Free delivery includes orders up to and not exceeding 30 kg or 110cm in length.

Bulky Items including all grow media, garland trays, bamboos, reflective sheeting and grow tents incur a small surcharge.

Where possible, orders received by 2:30pm Mon – Fri are dispatched the same day. 

UK mainland orders after 2:30pm Mon - Fri are subject to next working day dispatch. For example, orders after 2:30pm on a Friday are dispatched on the next working day, usually a Monday.

UK Mainland Pallet deliveries, are charged at £60.00 per pallet, usually delivered in 2-3 working days.

The FishPlant Production Unit is the largest in the range. The height of the system makes it very accessible and easy-to-use. It is large enough to supply a large family with a constant supply of salad and herbs and regular fresh fish. This system is ideal for a small hotel or restaurant and stocks up to 8kg of fish. It fits into less than 3m2 of floor space and it is the ideal teaching aid for schools or educational/therapeutic organisations. This FishPlant Production Unit System includes a 800 litre fish tank and 2 x plant beds as well as a Pump and Pipe Kit and 2 x Auto Siphons.
