Standard UK mainland orders over £99.00 are eligible for a free standard service delivery (Mon – Fri). Free delivery includes orders up to and not exceeding 30 kg or 110cm in length.
Bulky Items including all grow media, garland trays, bamboos, reflective sheeting and grow tents incur a small surcharge.
Where possible, orders received by 2:30pm Mon – Fri are dispatched the same day.
UK mainland orders after 2:30pm Mon - Fri are subject to next working day dispatch. For example, orders after 2:30pm on a Friday are dispatched on the next working day, usually a Monday.
UK Mainland Pallet deliveries, are charged at £60.00 per pallet, usually delivered in 2-3 working days.

Q: How should I fix the hook?
A: If fixing to a ceiling or to a dry-lined wall, first locate a timber joist of beam nearest to the desired location. Fix hook baseplate to surface using woodscrews of appropriate size. If fixing to masonry or to steel, first drill holes (using the hook baseplate as a template). In masonry, fit wall plugs of appropriate size, and fix the hook with woodscrews. The hook should be fixed to steel using nuts and bolts of appropriate size.
